The food we eat can make a huge difference to the way we feel, both physically and mentally. Nutritional therapy uses the latest evidence-based nutrition science to help improve health and wellbeing. It is a personalised complementary therapy and is particularly beneficial for people with chronic conditions such as IBS, low energy and insomnia.
I know from personal experience how powerful simple changes can be and I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and experience. I have a first-class BSc (Hons) in Nutritional Therapy from the University of West London. Every decision and recommendation I make is supported by rigorous scientific research. I know change can be difficult, so I use a collaborative approach, working with my clients to find ways for them to reach their health goals that fit with their individual circumstances. It is very much a team effort, and I am there to support my clients whenever they need me.
I am a member of the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT) and am registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).
