Our facilities

The Consulting Centre offers great value for money with many additional amenities free of charge. Our goal is to not only provide an exceptional experience for practitioners, but also to create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for patients.

Building facilities

We offer great facilities throughout the building, beneficial to both practitioners and patients.

  • Practitioner parking

    We have 5 on-site parking spaces for practitioners staying over 3 hours and a designated bicycle lock-up area.

  • Complimentary tea and coffee

    We have 2 kitchenettes for staff to use, including fridge, tea and coffee making facilities and both dairy and alternative milk choices.

  • Building security

    We have a PIN code entry door system for you to use, in addition to security lighting and 24 hour CCTV in our car park and public corridors.

  • Washroom facilities

    There are toilet/washroom facilities on the ground floor (not accessible for wheelchair users) and the first floor.

  • Online booking system and app

    Book rooms, buy loyalty packs and amend/refund existing bookings quickly and easily, using our online scheduling software or app.

  • Secure Wi-Fi

    We have free Wi-Fi available throughout the building for practitioners to connect to.

  • Patient waiting room

    Located adjacent to the entrance door. It's a calm, quiet space that is separate from our rooms, ensuring confidentiality for those using our spaces.

  • On-site management

    We have a facilities manager employed full time and is available during the operating hours of the business.

  • Mail handling service

    If you would like to use our address for your business mail, we will keep your post on-hand for when you next visit us.

  • Brochure/leaflet display

    Use our notice boards and display shelves in our patient waiting room, for your marketing material. They'll just need to be reviewed by us first.

  • A profile on our website

    Once you are registered with us, we will add you to our list of practitioners and create a page promoting your services.

  • Anti-bacterial dispensers

    We provide anti-bacterial dispensers throughout the building and in our rooms.

Room facilities

Our rooms are equipped with additional amenities for your convenience and your clients’ comfort.

  • Flexible spaces

    Our larger rooms are flexible for multi-purpose use. We can arrange the layout to suit talking therapies, physical therapies or even group training.

  • Flip charts and whiteboards

    We have flip charts available on request and dry wipe whiteboards.

  • Desk, chair and power sockets

    All our rooms have a desk and chair, with accessible power sockets nearby.

  • Ambient lighting

    Aside from the central ceiling lights, our rooms also feature dimmable floor lamps, allowing you to adjust the lighting to your desired ambiance.

  • Storage and wash basins

    Most rooms come with storage for use during your session and a hand basin.

  • Changing screens

    Our larger rooms have changing screens if required.

It’s easy to get to us, as we are conveniently situated on A35 Poole Road, (opposite Tesco petrol station).

By foot

Just an 8 minute walk from Westbourne, with many shops, cafe's and amenities nearby.

By bus

Travel via More Bus or Yellow Coaches with regular stops en-route.

By car

We are easy to reach by car, 8 minutes from Bournemouth and only 15 minutes from Poole.

By train

5 minute walk from Branksome railway station (London Waterloo mainline).
