Our pricing
We understand that our practitioners have busy schedules and need to book rooms around their clients’ availability. That’s why we offer a variety of pricing options to suit everyone, whether you work part-time or full-time. We offer a flexible, pay-as-you-go option or regular contracted block-bookings.
- Important note: The Consulting Centre is exclusively available to fully qualified consultants and practitioners. As such, we require copies of your certificates, qualifications and Professional Indemnity insurance prior to making any room bookings. Without this documentation, we are unable to accept any bookings.
Pay as you go
Our standard hourly room rate is £16.50. Rooms can be booked on a pay-as-you-go basis. Bookings can be made via our online scheduling system and payment can be made via credit/debit card.
Loyalty Packs
To reward frequent users, we operate a loyalty scheme that offers a bundle of hours discounted up to 20% off our normal hourly rate. Packs are valid for 1 year (365 days) from purchase.
Contracts
We can offer rooms under a simple Licencing Agreement for nationwide businesses and corporate clients. Setting up a contract with us guarantees you a room for a regular set of hours each week.
How do loyalty packs work?
Step 1
Go to ‘Book a room’ and create an account. Log in and purchase a loyalty pack. Choose from:

Loyalty Pack 10 (pack of 20 hours, saving 10%)

Loyalty Pack 20 (pack of 40 hours, saving 20%)
Step 2
Once you complete the purchase you will be sent a unique code for the total number of minutes equivalent to 20 or 40 hours.
Each time you want to book a room, enter your unique code at checkout and the minutes will be deducted from your pack.
