How to set up

If you have already created an account with us (for booking rooms), then The Consulting Centre should be added to your app automatically when you log in.

Alternatively, you can add us manually: 

  1. From the app home screen, tap ‘+’ in the top right corner.
  2. Tap the Business Scheduling URL field and enter our scheduling URL which is theconsultingcentre.as.me
  3. Tap ‘Add Business’.

How to log in (recommended)

You can use the app to log into your account, or create a new account. You can also use the app without logging in, but logging in ensures you can track your bookings made both through the web and through the app.

To log in:

  1. Tap the account icon in the bottom-right corner.
  2. Tap ‘Log In’.
  3. Enter your email and password.
  4. Tap ‘Log In’.

To create a new account:

  1. Tap the account icon in the bottom-right corner.
  2. Tap ‘Create Account’.
  3. Enter your email address and desired password.
  4. Tap ‘Create account’.

Important information

When logged in, the app shows all bookings associated with your account, whether you booked through the app or on the web. You can see these bookings even if you log in to your account on a computer.

Please note:

If you book through the web without logging into your account, your bookings won’t be associated to your account and therefore won’t appear in your purchase history in the app or via web, so we always recommend checking you are logged in before you make your booking.

If you’re not logged into your account when using the app, it will only show your appointments booked through the app (not any that you’ve made via the web).
