Jo offers Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy and Sports Massage. She provides specialist treatment for a wide range of conditions including back and neck pain, sports injuries, stress, tension, headaches, and perinatal work for mums and babies.

Jo has been working as a therapist since 1998. She trained at the London School of Sports Massage and developed her skills by working with highly skilled physiotherapists, chiropractors and other bodyworkers. She studied Thai Massage at the Institute of Thai Massage, Chiang Mai, Thailand, which she incorporates into her work.

Jo has been particularly inspired by the results of Craniosacral Therapy. She graduated from the Craniosacral Therapy Education Trust, London in 2004 and is a member of the Craniosacral Therapy Association and the International Affiliation of Biodynamic Trainings. Jo also teaches on various Anatomy and Craniosacral trainings.
