Arriving at your appointment

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are late your session may be shortened. If you are travelling by car, we advise you leave enough time to park as we do not have on-site patient car parking (see below).
Upon arrival, take a seat in our waiting area and your practitioner will collect you when it is time for your appointment.
There is a doorbell located on the outer front door that you can ring if you need any assistance. This will notify our Facilities Manager.

Our car park is for staff only and blue badge holders with an appointment.

There is free parking available in nearby car parks and residential roads surrounding our location.

If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please contact your practitioner directly.

You may be charged for your appointment if you do not give your practitioner sufficient notice.

It’s easy to get to us, as we are conveniently situated on A35 Poole Road, (opposite Tesco petrol station).

Just an 8 minute walk from Westbourne, with many shops, cafe's and amenities nearby.

Travel via More Bus (M1 & M2) or Yellow Coaches with regular stops en-route.

If you feel unwell, please contact your practitioner at least 36 hours ahead of your appointment otherwise you may be charged.
It is recommended that you arrive by yourself, unless you need assistance.
Wearing a facemask is entirely your choice, we do not enforce this.
We have hand sanitisers provided throughout the building for your use.
Practitioners may ask you some preliminary questions before your appointment to ensure you are well enough to attend.
