Make a booking:
It is essential you are logged in when making a room booking. We are aware of an issue in which the system is not keeping users logged in. The new link below should keep you logged in during your session.
If you book without logging into your account, your bookings won’t be associated to your account and therefore won’t appear in your purchase history or upcoming appointments (in the app or via web). We always recommend checking you are logged in before you make your booking.
Upcoming bookings:
These now appear in a paginated view within the scheduler on the website, however we understand if you have many upcoming bookings it is easier to see these in a list. If you log in to the app, you can see and manage your upcoming bookings in a continuous list.
